This sophisticated modern home was designed by Michael Wenrich Architects in collaboration with E2 Custom Homes, located in Maitland, a suburban city in Orange County, Florida. This 4,800 square foot vacation getaway is set within the 9-acre, canal-front Lake Maitland Owl Preserve subdivision.
Surrounded by a tranquil woodsy setting which infuses the interior and invites the outside in with treetop views from second floor bedrooms and scenic vistas from almost each room. An open concept and flexible floor plan offers five bedrooms and six bathrooms — this highlights a downstairs master bedroom with a lanai and a large master suite with a spacious rooftop deck and green roof.
